Travel Information 

The ideal travel dates for the Business of Conservation Conference 2019 are between the 5th and 6th of September to arrive in Kigali early enough to attend the Kwita Izina Invite-only event or relax and explore the gorgeous scenery and attractions the city has to offer. 
 
While customs in Kigali are relatively friendly to most visiting countries, below are absolute mandatory requirements needed to ensure that your experience in the capital is as seamless as possible.  
 

Visa and Passport Information

Visa Requirements 
Rwanda Passport Control Entry Requirements
A passport with at least 6 months validity 
Attendees from EAC partner States - Burundi, Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda will be issued a visitor pass free of charge upon arrival
One blank page in passport for entry stamps
Attendees from Mauritius and the Democratic Republic of Congo may enter Rwanda for up to 90 days without needing a visa.
A Yellow Fever Vaccination Card
Attendees from all other countries may obtain a visa upon arrival in Kigali for a fee of $30 at passport control
